Bouquet Garni



Bouquet garni is bunch of herbs usually tied together and added to soups or stews.
You can use:
  • Parsley
  • Thyme
  • Sage
  • Bay leaves
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  • Tarragon
  • Celery (leaves or steam)
  • Leak
  • Onion
  • Carrots
