Lamb liver


Lamb liver
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Lemon juice


1. Spice liver and roll liver in the flour
2. Worm olive oil in a pan and fry liver on medium; 3-5 minutes per side till doneness you want


 3. Serve with minced garlic, lemon juice, sweet potatoes and salad
