Black-grouper steak




2 grouper stakes or fillets
Olive oil 
Salt, pepper, 
1 lemon 



1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Brush the baking pan with olive oil and place the grouper on the pan. If you have grouper fillets, place the fillets skin-side down. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

3. Bake the fillets/steaks for seven to 10 minutes, or until they are opaque all the way through and they flake easily with a fork.

4. Take the fillets/steaks out of the oven. You can serve them with chopped parsley to garnish and with lemon wedges.

I serve them with steamed kale and minced garlic, turmeric and ginger.
